LT-Spelling-1 is a spelling and grammar checker add-in for Microsoft Word. It is offered as a free 14-day trial (full functionality, no registration) and, after that, as a perpetual licence (one-time payment, not a subscription) covering a chosen number of seats (devices).
LT-Spelling-1 yra rašybos ir gramatikos tikrinimo priedas Microsoft Word. Siūlomas kaip nemokamas 14 dienų bandomasis laikotarpis (pilnas funkcionalumas, be registracijos), o vėliau – kaip neribotos trukmės licencija (vienkartinis mokėjimas, ne prenumerata), apimanti pasirinktą vietų (įrenginių) skaičių.
The price per seat is shown on the purchase page before you pay, in euro (EUR), including any applicable taxes. Total price = price per seat × number of seats chosen. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paysera (card, and other methods Paysera offers) – we never see or store your full card details.

LT-Spelling-1 is digital content, not a physical product. Immediately after payment is confirmed, your licence key is shown on screen and e-mailed to the address you provided. The installer itself is available any time via the Download link – no shipping, no waiting.

Under EU consumer law, purchases made online normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal (you can cancel without giving a reason and get a refund). For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right does not apply once delivery has started, provided that: you gave your prior, explicit consent to immediate delivery, and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so.

One licence key covers the number of seats purchased; "seat" means one device on which the key is activated. The licence is perpetual (no recurring charges, no expiry) for the purchased version line. Licence keys are personal to the buyer or organisation named at purchase and must not be resold or shared beyond the purchased seat count.
Vienas licencijos raktas apima nupirktą vietų skaičių; „vieta" reiškia vieną įrenginį, kuriame raktas aktyvuotas. Licencija yra neribotos trukmės (jokių pasikartojančių mokesčių, jokio galiojimo pabaigos) nupirktai versijų linijai. Licencijos raktai yra asmeniniai pirkėjui ar pirkimo metu nurodytai organizacijai ir negali būti perparduodami ar dalinami virš nupirktų vietų skaičiaus.
LT-Spelling-1 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by applicable law. Spelling/grammar suggestions (especially from third-party AI providers, in AI or Hybrid mode) may occasionally be inaccurate – always review suggested changes before accepting them.
LT-Spelling-1 teikiamas „toks, koks yra", be jokios garantijos, viršijančios taikomos teisės reikalaujamą. Rašybos/gramatikos pasiūlymai (ypač iš trečiųjų šalių AI tiekėjų, AI ar Hibridiniu režimu) kartais gali būti netikslūs – prieš priimdami pasiūlytus pakeitimus, visada juos peržiūrėkite.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
Šioms sąlygoms taikoma Lietuvos Respublikos teisė, nepažeidžiant jokių privalomų vartotojų apsaugos teisių, kurias turite pagal savo gyvenamosios šalies teisę.
